OVER 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
The Fosense gas density measuring instruments are temperature-compensated and hermetically sealed, which provide reliable warnings against dangerously low gas levels, even under extreme ambient conditions. When used in humid or impure SF6 gas ambient conditions, SF6 gas insulated switchgear will produce decomposition products under the action of arc discharge , and these low concentration decomposition products will significantly reduce the safety of SF6 gas insulated switchgear. Therefore, raise an alarm before the gas leakages(even in case of small leakages ) or emission. Given it, we have launched a series of high-quality gas monitors and related accessories . The self-sealing valve and long-term airtight connection device can always keep SF6 gas that is harmful to the environment in the designated container without leakage.

In the future, the electricity grid operators will be able to implement a condition-based service and maintenance strategy. Unnecessary work within defined maintenance cycles is eliminated. Thus, the number of service calls for fault rectification and the associated plant downtime is reduced significantly. If a leak is detected with the gas density measuring instrument, its exact location can be determined with the portable SF₆ detection instruments from Fosense and repairs undertaken.
